CyberM8 Initiative NPC is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with TTI Academy, a leading accredited skills development and training provider in South Africa. The partnership aims to strengthen digital skills development, cybersecurity education, and workforce readiness programmes across South Africa.
Through this collaboration, TTI Academy will serve as an accreditation and implementation partner for selected CyberM8 programmes, creating new opportunities for learners, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and communities to access recognised learning pathways and industry-relevant skills.
The partnership combines CyberM8’s expertise in cybersecurity awareness, digital empowerment, community engagement, and youth development with TTI Academy’s experience in accredited training, learnerships, workplace readiness programmes, and skills development implementation.
A key focus area of the partnership will be cybersecurity skills development. As cyber threats continue to increase and the demand for cybersecurity professionals grows, both organisations are committed to helping build a stronger pipeline of digital and cybersecurity talent.
The collaboration will support the development and implementation of accredited and non-accredited programmes, including cybersecurity training, digital skills programmes, entrepreneurship development, workplace readiness initiatives, learnerships, internships, and awareness campaigns.
The partnership will also create opportunities to support youth employability and entrepreneurship by providing practical skills that improve career prospects and encourage participation in the digital economy.
Speaking on the partnership, Thabang Phala, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CyberM8 Initiative, said:
“Skills development remains one of the most important drivers of economic growth and social transformation. Our partnership with TTI Academy strengthens our ability to provide meaningful learning opportunities that equip individuals with practical and recognised skills for the future world of work.”
The two organisations share a common vision of empowering individuals, strengthening workforce capabilities, and contributing to South Africa’s digital transformation agenda.
Over the coming months, CyberM8 and TTI Academy will work together to identify and implement programmes that benefit communities, schools, young people, entrepreneurs, professionals, and organisations seeking to build digital and cybersecurity capabilities.
This partnership represents an important step towards building a digitally skilled, cyber-aware, and future-ready society while creating greater access to quality education and accredited learning opportunities.
